USA, Guam, Puerto Rico or US Virgin Islands and/or
an A/FPO address
Shipping charges are based on your order total (pre-tax) and per the following breakdown:
Orders up to $25. will be charged $7.00
Orders between $25.01 - $50. will be charged $9.50
Orders between $50.01 - $75. will be charged $12.00
Orders between $75.01 - $99.99 will be charged $14.50 Orders totaling $100. or more receive FREE SHIPPING
Priority or Rush shipping are available by request and at the customer's expense.
As of December 2008 we are not offering International Shipping until furter notice. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may present.

ORDER COMPLETION
Any/all items ordered that are in inventory will ship within 5 business days of receiving your payment. For made to order, personalized and/or custom items there is a creation time of 2, sometimes 3 weeks. Upon placement of your order you will be notified of more exact shipping times. If you need your order rushed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the designer to expedite your order.
Items that ship direct from our designers may ship separately from the rest of your order. You will NOT be billed any additional shipping charges.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to return your item(s) for an exchange or refund, less any/all shipping charges.
In order to return an item, please be sure to follow these instructions. Within 14 days of receipt of your order you must contact us stating the cause of your dissatisfaction and advise if you are requesting an exchange or refund. We will only accept items for exchange or refund that are unworn and unused with original tags intact. Be certain to note your order number on all correspondence. We will issue you an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number and advise what address to return your order to. This RGA# must be clearly stated on the package to be returned in order for a timely exchange/refund.
** Sale, personalized, custom orders and special order items are not refundable. **
Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Any shipping charges incurred to return an order are also at the customer's expense. Return shipments must be insured as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
If any items ordered from our website have a different return/exchange policy, it will be clearly noted at the top of the item's page.
ORDER TAX RATE
Orders shipping within Illinois are subject to and will be charged 6.250% sales tax.
